Most questions are about course dates, fees, venues and how to register. Each course page already shows the published dates, the fee for each venue, the daily agenda and the intended audience, so it is worth opening the course you are interested in first.
When you contact us about a specific programme, include the course title, your preferred venue or online attendance, the dates and the number of participants. For group or company bookings, add the organisation name and who should receive the quotation or invoice.
We reply by email from our learning team. Registrations, quotations and invoices are handled through the website, and a booking is confirmed only in writing once the agreed conditions are met.
